DB-25 to 36 Pin Centronics Adapter Pin Out Diagram Written by Joe Gliddon, 6/21/90 I have a XT-Clone (8088) with a serial printer port. The printer I use is a Gemini 10x with a (36 pin) Centronics connector (that I'll be happy to trade for a Laser Jet). :) The following diagram was made using a VOM. I did a continuity test on a factory made DB-25 to 36 pin Centeonics adapter cable to construct an adaptor cable for my own use. ************************************************************************** DISCLAIMER: I have used the home made adaptor for 9 mos. trouble free. However, I accept no liability for damages caused to person(s) or property that may result from use of this diagram. ************************************************************************** DB-25 : 36 Pin 36 Pin : DB-25 Serial : Centronics Centronics : Serial ...........:............ .............:...........
